Job Description
- Assembly Business of the department.
- To look after the logistics of the department including maintenance and repair of official vehicles & other equipment’s, machinery, furniture and fixtures.
- Establishment matters (Appointment / Promotion / Posting / Transfer / Leave Cases / Disciplinary cases including service structure / service rules matters) of Department.
- Sharing of Government information within and with attached formations of the department.
- To exercise the authority of Drawing & Disbursing Officer of the Administrative Department and to look after the financial matters including budget, reconciliation and Accountant General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
