Job Description
- Assistance in all technical matters related to development projects, including ADP and Foreign Aided projects.
- Assistance in formulation of ADP and other relevant development programs.
- Processing of PC-I/PC-II for placement before the competent forum for consideration/approval.
- Assistance in processing of all types of directions regarding development projects and disposal of routine official business/correspondence.
- Attending DDWP, PDWP, DCSC meetings, including recording/ preparation/circulation of minutes.
- Processing of Administrative approval in accordance with the decisions taken by the competent forum during the meeting and recording
- Minutes. Processing of complaints for necessary action and coordination of the action taken with concerned agencies/ complainants.
- Processing and forwarding of application for necessary repair of all roads in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
