Job Description
- To brief law officer and to attend the Court (High Court, Tribunal & Supreme Court etc.) where the administrative department is a party.
- Examination of writ petitions, appeals and suits filed against Department, vetting and processing of para wise comments.
- Coordination with other wings of Department & its attached formations for collection of relevant information.
- To arrange filing of CPLAs / review petitions / civil appeals / criminal appeals in the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
- Defence Planning cases and War Book Function
