Job Description
- Delivery, supervision & Management of IT services operational in C&W like E-biding system, E-billing system, file tracking system, HRDB, PMDU (Citizen portal), IPMS Activity tracking (PMRU).
- Trouble shooting of problem in IT services.
- Imparting training to the end users to effectively use the IT services.
- Attending meeting related to the IT Services.
- To coordinate between the field staff and line department.
- Preparation of presentations for the higher-ups.
- Routine correspondence and special tasks assigned by the higher ups.
- Arrangement of videos conferencing.
