All respected contractors are informed that, in accordance with the instructions of the competent authority, from 4 November 2025, all contractor registration and renewal processes have been shifted to an online system.

To facilitate this process, an e-Registration Portal has been developed. This portal is available on the Communication & Works Department's official website.

All contractors are requested to use the following e-Registration Portal to complete their new registration or renewal online:

New: Contractors can now renew their registration by verifying their previous (existing) registration record through the portal.
