Job Description
- To plan, examine process, monitor and look after the development schemes and projects proposed in ADP.
- To lead the preparation, formulation and finalization of ADP in consultation with Chief Engineer and with assistance from planning officers.
- To supervise and monitor financial matters (Budget of the department and attach department, Accounts, re-appropriation, allocation and audit) and reconciliation of expenditure with Finance department.
- To facilitate the release of ADP funds and also authentication and re-appropriation of funds as per fiscal policy of the government.
- To conduct the Progress Review Meetings (PRM) of the department for the purpose of monitoring and evaluating the on-going projects.
